Whether you're new to Guiding or have been around for, well, longer than you care to remember, this new take on learning will have you inspired and empowered to take a renewed approach to Guiding in your unit. It's also a great opportunity to meet other leaders, extend your network and have a ton of fun and adventures!

Program:

Come join us on a journey where we will:

• Share and explore the reasons and practices of quality girl-led Guiding
• Explore the WAGGGS Leadership Model and all that it offers for our own leadership journeys
• Develop outdoor skills
• Explore GGA & WAGGGS activity packs and how to use them in your role
• Refresh and share your knowledge of finance policies and risk management with a chance to win a first-class ticket to our evening journey around the world
• Managers will have the opportunity to upgrade their knowledge of SharePoint, grants, and property
