CONTINGENT ONLY - OWN TRAVEL BOOKING – JAMBOREE 2023

Registrations for Kani-Karrung Jamboree 2023 have closed. This booking is only for registered Jamboree participants who have arranged own travel to meet with the Queensland contingent.

Welcome to the Queensland Contingent for Kani-Karrung Jamboree 2023 in Ballarat, Victoria.

The Queensland Contingent will be led by Mandie Young, Kat Ellwood and Cherelle Stager. We will be your point of contact for anything related to the contingent before, during and after Jamboree.

1. Participants travelling to camp using their own travel arrangements and arriving on Saturday 14 January, will be able to meet the Contingent and travel to Ballarat on the Jamboree bus.
2. Participants travelling to camp using their own travel arrangements and arriving on Sunday 15 January, will need to meet the Jamboree bus in Ballarat on Sunday 15 January. Time yet to be confirmed.

   You cannot be dropped off or picked up from the Jamboree site. 

3. Participants travelling home using their own travel arrangements will need to contact the Jamboree Contingent Leader to arrange transport on the Jamboree bus on Saturday 21 January. Time to be confirmed.

Coach travel to and from Ballarat is included in your Jamboree registration.

Contingent Fee:                             $90.00           This fee includes your contingent shirt, 5 badges, support from GGQ State Office during preparation for us to attend this amazing event.
                                                                                   The Contingent shirt will be the same size as your Jamboree shirt.

Pre-Event Accommodation:       $50.00           Participants arriving on Saturday 14 January and  meeting the Contingent must pay this fee to be able to

                                                                                   stay onsite on Saturday night.  

PAYMENT OF THESE AMOUNTS MUST BE PAID BY 7 OCTOBER 2022

Additional Contingent shirt/s and Contingent Badges (lots of 5) may be purchased and paid for in the Program Options section.

Please supply an ADM 27 (Youth) or ADM 28 (Adult) on the day of travel to the Contingent Leader at the airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY:              No refund will be available.          Contingent Shirt and Badges will be posted to you. Extra Contingent Shirt/s and Badges ordered will also be posted.
