Youth Registration has closed - Due to the popularity of Arts Camp, we have reached our Youth capacity. We are sorry if you didn’t secure a spot this year. Please make sure you register early next year so that you don’t miss any of the fun!
For those who have successfully registered a Kit List will be emailed closer to the camp.
We ask that you please complete an ADM 27 for Guides, and ADM 28 for leaders, prior to the event and email to [email protected].
Important:
Cancellation Policy -
Full refund minus 20% administration costs on the full value of the camp if the cancellation is made before 1st May 2023. No refunds will be issued if cancellation is after 1st May 2023. Cancellation must be in writing and emailed to [email protected]
TO REGISTER PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
- Sign In - enter Username and Password (if you don't have your Sign In details contact [email protected])
- click on Register Myself
- select the appropriate Registration Option and complete the required questions
- Then select Proceed to Checkout to go to the Shopping Cart
- If your details and the amount payable is correct enter your payment details
- You must select Submit Order to finalise your registration.
