The Board determines to appoint experienced and skilful volunteers to fill any remaining vacant Board positions.
The Board is responsible for the management of the property and affairs of Guides Queensland. Some of the responsibilities of the Board include developing strategic directions, overseeing the operation, Guides’ affairs and governance matters, ensuring compliance, and managing risks.
