If you are having trouble trying to access the GGQ Member's only pages, it may be time to update your password!

Username - Your Member ID is your Username

You can use the 'Forgot my username' link to have your Member ID emailed to you (You will need to know the email address on your GGQ Member record).

Reset Your Password

Your password should be a minimum of 7 characters and must include a combination of letters and numbers. If you forget your password, you can reset it using the 'Forgot my password' link. To reset, you'll need to provide your Guide Membership ID. An email will be sent to facilitate the password reset process

Please note: If the email address is used by multiple Guide members, the password reset will not work. Please email [email protected] to reset your password.
