Through effective guidance and mentoring, Girl Guides Queensland Leaders have an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of many – the young women who will be our Leaders of tomorrow; the community in which they live and work; and importantly, to themselves through their own professional development and personal achievement.

Leaders have an opportunity to help shape the future of the young women who are part of the Guiding movement, helping them achieve their full potential in life.

Leaders make an important contribution to the community, providing support and assistance as role models and mentors.

Leaders also become a member of one of the largest women’s networks in the world, with limitless possibilities for developing new skills, gaining new qualifications, meeting new friends and having a great time along the way.
