What are the attributes of a leader?
- The ability to influence and inspire others to move in a united direction
- The capacity to listen and have empathy and the ability to speak to small groups
  and large groups
- Try to understand the greater good of the group/organisation and move forward
  with this in mind
- Sense of humour and sense of gratitude
- Knowing that you never do anything on your own
