Payment
Guide Supplies accepts credit cards (Mastercard or Visa), cash, Guide cheques and Money Orders. EFTPOS facilities are available in store. Guides Supplies does not accept personal cheques.
Phone orders can be paid over the phone by credit card, or by cash or Guide cheque if goods are being collected from Guide Supplies.
Online orders are to be paid by credit card when placing the order. Online payments use a secure encryption process.
Please make Guide cheques and Money Orders payable to Guides Queensland and forward to Guide Supplies.
Order times
Guide Supplies endeavours to process all orders on the day they are received. Excludes weekends and public holidays.
Postage
All orders are posted using Australia Post.
Postage costs are charged at Australia Post rates plus $3.00 handling fee
For mail orders, please remember to include the postage costs. Postage costs can be confirmed by phoning Guide Supplies.
Orders placed without sufficient postage will not be dispatched until the correct postage is paid.
Out of Stock Items
If any ordered item is not in stock, we will advise you of the time delay and send the goods as soon as they are available. If the timeframe is too long, please advise and we will cancel your order.
For all Australian deliveries, you will pay only one delivery fee per order, irrespective of separate shipments if required.
