State Office is in the process of refunding ticket purchases.

Due to the volume of tickets purchased, this process will take between 15 and 20 working days. 

We appreciate your understanding during this busy time. 

The face ticket price (excluding 2.5% tax) will be refunded back onto the card used to purchase the tickets.
